Cold Forge has recently introduced an innovative new solution for track stability, the LatraLok, providing additional stability both laterally and longitudinally in curves and turnouts.
The LatraLok product range attaches directly to either sleepers or bearers and dramatically improves both lateral and longitudinal stability by driving blades into the ballast.
Installation can be staggered (1:2, 1:3, 1:4) or on all sleepers/bearers depending on the severity of the problem.
Two LatraLok devices are currently available:
- LatraLok Mono for lateral stability only
- LatraLok Combo for lateral and longitudinal stability
LatraLok can be fitted to concrete, timber and composite sleepers.
